Agile Scrum Master and Project manager

Your responsibilities would include:

• Communicating proactively, keeping all Project Team Members up-to-date on the project implementation progress
• Leading, guiding and engaging functionally the project staff and contribute towards the development of a continuous improvement and customer focused culture
• Provides overall engagement management, including work plan, issue resolution, and close management of scope changes
• Reports project progress status
• Control of incoming demands

The perfect Project Superhero would have :

• Minimum two years experience in a similar position
• Fluent English (important)
• Experience as a Scrum Master at a startup or an equally dynamic organization
• Being a strong team player and a fast-learner by nature
• Quickly adapt to a challenging work environment
• Excellent communication skills (including verbal, written, presentation skills)
• Strong ability to solve urgent problems
• Strong organizational skills
• Self-reliance, be creative and responsible.
